Singapore is a melting pot of people from different races with different language and dialects. Our ancestors brought along their cuisines when they migrated to Singapore many years ago. Over the years, the cuisines have evolved, sometimes incorporating elements from other cultures. As Singapore grew, many other nationalities moved here to live and work and brought along their cuisines as well. With all these influences, we have no lack of multiple cuisines to try in Singapore.
